Appointments: To ensure timely service and optimal experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. Please notify us immediately if your service does not meet your expectations.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Spa Etiquette: We maintain a tranquil environment. Please silence cell phones and respect other guests’ experiences.
Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct disrupts the spa environment or poses a safety risk.
